You can return a product within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns within 8-14 days will be eligible for store credit only. After 14 days, no returns or exchanges will be issued. To be eligible for a return, the item must have tags attached, it must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please return it using the same packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is nonrefundable.
